_Introduction_

2020, the world came to a halt, and with it, my life as I knew it. Nearly two months into the lockdown, I found myself navigating a reality shaped by solitude and uncertainty. While the visible repercussions of this unprecedented pause remain unclear, I cannot deny the profound impact it had on me as an artist with a previously vibrant and socially connected lifestyle.

In the face of this forced self-isolation, I turned to what felt most natural—a survival instinct that compelled me to channel my inner visions into tangible expressions. Driven by an urgent need to create, I embarked on documenting this state of surreal alienation with the tools at my disposal: a simple camera and an endless well of imagination.
What emerged is a series of evocative self-portraits, a medium I had rarely explored before. These images draw from my rich, ten-year archive of garments and treasures collected during my time in London—a tapestry of collaborations and inspirations from creators whose work I deeply admire.

_Accolades_

One of the standout pieces from this project, titled The Intimate Diary of an Isolated Visionary, gained significant recognition. Selected by renowned fashion journalist and educator Ian R. Webb, it was honored as one of the 2020 Dresses of the Year. This creation now holds a place in the permanent collection of the prestigious Fashion Museum in Bath, an acknowledgment of its cultural and artistic significance.
